Lydia is not only Mary's partner but also her sister. Lydia has worked with Mary for over 20 years and enjoys her position in the business. Lydia possesses a BA degree in Organizational Communication and a background in Marketing/Public Relations. Lydia incorporates many diversified marketing and promotional activities throughout the Central Valley. Lydia's skills and compassion have proven to be a cornerstone for Mary's business. Lydia is also an excellent buyers agent. After a lender has prequalified a buyer, Lydia will show them properties based on their wants and needs within their mortgage qualifications. When the "perfect" home is found, Lydia's job is accomplished and Mary's expertise is put into play. Mary's focus at this point is to negotiate the best possible contract for the buyer.
Licensed Transaction Manager
Malisa has worked with Mary and Lydia since 2002. As a Transaction Manager, Malisa is responsible for tracking the sale once it has been made. Consequently, the major portion of her work takes place once the contract is finally signed and an escrow is opened. Malisa works closely with the lender, escrow officer, inspectors and appraisers to ensure a timely and streamline close. Malisa assists Lydia in various marketing mail-outs.
